    Raspberry ice cream with a hint of lavender with sugar and sweeteners. A rich dairy ice cream with raspberries and a hint of lavender flavouring. We were challenged by the National Trust to create an ice cream themed on the wonderful gardens of Mountstewart Gardens on County Down. The Food Technology Centre perfected the flavour mix which we now release due to numerous requests from all over the country.
