Berry Blast Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 125ml Alpro Soya No Sugars Drink
- 3 tbsp Alpro No Sugars alternative to yoghurt
- 125g frozen mixed berries (eg. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- Drizzle of agave syrup or honey
METHOD
- Throw your mixed berries into a blender.
- Add in your 3 tablespoons of Alpro No Sugars alternative to yoghurt
- Now it's time to add in your Alpro Soya No Sugars Drink and rolled oats
- Whizz, pour, enjoy!
