Ingredients
1 Chocolate Torte
1 - 5 Raspberries
1 leaf Mint
2g Crackle Crystals
1 tbsp Raspberry Coulis
Method
Defrost the chocolate torte.
Cut the raspberries in half.
To plate – take a tablespoon of coulis and swipe across the centre of the plate using the back of the spoon.
Place the chocolate torte off centre.
Whip the double cream and quenelle beside the torte.
Place 3 ½ pieces of raspberries around.
Garnish with shredded mint and sprinkle of popping candy.
