Finish your meals in style with these deliciously tempting desserts that look impressive and are ready in minutes! Easy to prepare they can be lined up for buffets or ready to serve in your banquets.

Ingredients

  • 1 Chocolate Torte
  • 1 - 5 Raspberries
  • 1 leaf Mint
  • 2g Crackle Crystals
  • 1 tbsp Raspberry Coulis

Method

  1. Defrost the chocolate torte.
  2. Cut the raspberries in half.
  3. To plate – take a tablespoon of coulis and swipe across the centre of the plate using the back of the spoon.
  4. Place the chocolate torte off centre.
  5. Whip the double cream and quenelle beside the torte.
  6. Place 3 ½ pieces of raspberries around.
  7. Garnish with shredded mint and sprinkle of popping candy.

Ingredients

  • 1 unit Tarte Fine Aux Pommes
  • 1 scoop Glastry Farm Vanilla Bean
  • 1 sprig Mint
  • Tate and Lyle Icing Sugar

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 200.
  2. Bake the apple tart for 5 – 8 minutes.
  3. Place onto the centre of the plate.
  4. Place a ball of ice cream in the centre of the tart.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a dusting of icing sugar.

Ingredients

  • 6 Profiteroles
  • 100g Ruby Chocolate Drops
  • 8g White Chocolate Crisp Pearls
  • 0.5g Blue Man Poppy Seeds
  • 4/5 Strawberries
  • Sprig Mint

Method

  1. Defrost the Profiteroles.
  2. Melt the ruby chocolate.
  3. Dip the Profiteroles face down into the melted chocolate and place onto the centre of the plate.
  4. Sprinkle the white chocolate crispy pearls on top before the ruby chocolate sets.
  5. Sprinkle the poppy seeds on top as well.
  6. Garnish with strawberries and sprig of mint.
