Orders placed through Telesales for next day delivery can be taken with your main Foodservice order up until 6pm Monday to Friday, 2pm on Saturday & 5pm on Sunday.

Established in 2002, Premier Foods Wholesale is one of the UK’s largest independent wholesalers and suppliers. They are a proud family-run business with over 250 years of experience in the food industry and serve 150+ customers across the UK 6 days a week with fresh produce, serving restaurants and hotels, to airlines, schools, major sports events and cruise ships.

Willowbrook
Willowbrook Foods is a fresh food producer and processing company based on the McCann family farm in Killinchy. The family owned business was officially established in 1968 when John McCann CEO MBE began farming vegetables on his father’s land and started selling the produce in local markets.
Since then they have gone from strength to strength, pioneering convenience in retail and foodservice, with their prepared range of produce and salads, using their own grown farm vegetables.
Mezze Magic
Tom & Ollie was founded in 2014 with a passion for quality, flavour and innovation, and supplies a range of olives, slow roasted tomatoes, tapenades and dips.
Building on over 20 years’ experience in the sourcing and production of Mediterranean deli foods, their team works with a network of carefully selected growers and suppliers across Europe, Turkey and North Africa.
Mezze Magic are local producers, based in Dunmurray, Co. Antrim, of artisan pesto’s, tapenades, award winning hummus and antipasti. This is where they produce their fresh, handmade, preservative-free, gluten-free and nut-free pastes. They also create their bespoke slow roasted tomato and olive recipes which are easily prepared, fixed portioning and consistently produced.
Bradmount
Established by the Chambers Family, Bradmount Foods specialise in the processing and preparation of potatoes, vegetables and fruit, operating from a modern processing plant located on their family farm in Moneymore.
The Chambers Family have developed long standing relationships with their potato, vegetable and fruit growers. All their growers are highly experienced, with many farming for generations.
All the Northern Ireland growers are quality assured, ensuring quality produce with complete traceability from farm to fork.
William Orr & Son
William Orr and Son is a fourth generation family run farm business; founded by William Orr, it is still run by his son Robert and grandson Richard, today. For over 60 years they have developed a strong brand for their produce, growing the best quality potatoes renowned for their quality, freshness and flavour on their Drumlin Farm in the heart of the County Down countryside.
Today they grow traditional Irish crops as well as new varieties all packed full of flavour with a real freshness you can taste. Once harvested the potatoes are packed on their farm and delivered to stores province wide.

All of our fresh produce goes through quality checks on arrival into our warehouse as well as during picking and despatch for delivery. The checks include:

Extra checks across seasonality produce as well as any changes in growing regions and sourcing.
Sampling and benchmarking for produce – size / dimensions / brix / label detail etc.
All our suppliers go through a rigorous Supplier Approval Process to ensure compliance with specifications and BRC or equivalent.
Sample inspection on all products and suppliers each day.
