Louisiana Hot Buffalo Wings with a Ranch dip

INGREDIENTS

 

  • 1000 grams Alfee's Louisiana Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce  
  •  900 grams  Chicken wings
METHOD

 

  1. Cook the raw chicken wings low and slow to draw out moisture. 20-30 mins at 110c. Then Chill
  2. Cook at 200c until golden brown and crispy. Approx 2- 3 mins
  3. Pour the sauce into a wide bowl and toss the wings until evenly coated
  4. Plate up and pour over any residual sauce over the wings
