2. Who Can Enter

• Open to customers of Henderson Foodservice or Henderson Group based in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
• Not open to employees (or their family members) of the Promoter, its partners, or anyone involved in the promotion.
• Late, incomplete, or invalid entries will not be accepted.
• Proof of eligibility (e.g., residence or account status) may be required.

3. How to Enter

• Include at least one of the eligible products (listed below) in your order with Henderson Foodservice.
• Every qualifying order gives you one entry into the draw.
• No third-party or bulk entries will be accepted.

4. Entry Period

• The competition starts on 1st November 2024 (00:00) and ends on 31st December 2024 (23:59).
• Entries after the closing time will not be accepted.

5. How Winners Are Chosen

• Winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
• The winner will be contacted by 10th January 2025.
• If the winner doesn’t respond within 48 hours, or is ineligible, an alternative winner may be chosen.

6. Prize

• Nescafé Dolce Gusto Genio S Plus machine
• Only one prize is available.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with one of equal value.

7. How to Receive the Prize

• The Prize will be sent directly to the winner

• The Promoter reserves the right to change or cancel the promotion if necessary.

• In case of misconduct or rule violations, the Promoter may disqualify participants.

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, depending on where you are based.

For any disputes, the courts of your relevant region will have exclusive jurisdiction.
