We manage our product data and information in our award winning Product Information Management system. From here, we have access to all our supplier and product specifications, which include clear details on ingredients and allergen information.

This information is fed to our website, where you can access these details directly and download product specification PDF’s for individual products. You can also download product information for lots of products all at once (in an excel format) directly from your “My Shopping Lists” or “My Orders” sections in your online account. 

The transparency of and ease of access to our product range will help you manage your prepared goods.

• We can provide you with product information and specifications, to include ingredients decks on our product range, to help with your recipe builders and labelling.
• Our field staff are out talking to business and providing them with support and advise on their journey to labelling compliance.
• We are providing guides and useful forms on recording recipes, checking labels, allergen matrixes, auditing detail etc.
• We are also engaging with local enforcement authorities to keep up to date on what preparation steps they are taking and how enforcement will be undertaken.
• We have a specially developed training package through Henderson Academy.
