Violife Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS
- 200g Violife Mozzarella Flavour Grated
- 6 Portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Fresh basil to taste, chopped
- Dash extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Thyme leaves to garnish
METHOD
- In a bowl mix cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the mushrooms evenly with tomato mix and sprinkle a generous amount of Violife Grated Mozzarella Flavour.
- Throw on a preheated barbecue and grill for 10 minutes with a closed lid, until the grated Mozzarella flavour has melted nicely. Garnish with thyme leaves and serve!
