- Prestige Foods Layered Ruby Chocolate Cheesecake
- Strathroy Double Cream
- Boiron Raspberry Coulis
- White Chocolate Shavings
- Mint Bag
For The Mixed fruit bowl:
- Keelings Strawberries
- Keelings Raspberries
METHOD
- Leave the ruby chocolate cheesecake out for an hour before to thaw
- Add to serving plate and select ice-cream or fresh cream as a side
- Garnish with your choice of fresh fruit or chocolate shards
- Add a sprinkle of coloured edible powder for the Valentine’s occasion!
